Barb was a founding partner of ActionCOACH Tampa Bay in 2007, and has since demonstrated an unparalleled aptitude for success through the firm’s structure, outcomes and expansion. In their first year of business, Barb received national recognition from her international franchise for her “systems” approach to operating her own franchised firm, thereby setting a standard and model for others to emulate across the country. Barb (and her husband and daughter), purchased the 2nd ActionCOACH firm in America, right before the market crashed in 2008. Today, Barb’s firm ranks globally in the TOP 20 (in 88 countries) and TOP 10 in the US! ActionCOACH as a global franchise coaches 16,000 clients daily! In 2015, the Kyes family wrote a book called OMG! WTF? What’s the Focus? to help business owners understand how coaching works. This book was featured on Amazon as #2 Top Seller and #1 Hot release!

When you choose a Management Training program with us, the process will start with a one-on-one meeting with the junior partner and his or her direct superior. This meeting will help to identify the goals of the coaching program.

From here, all participants will have a detailed assessment of their differing personality styles, motivational drives, sales ability, managing ability, core strengths and more. The findings will be used to create an individualized program for your specific strengths and areas of improvement. After, direct goals and the steps to take to reach these goals are discussed and implemented. Face-to-face rapport is the completed weekly or twice monthly to evaluate progress.
